Poland Explains Non-Transfer of MiG Jets to Ukraine

Poland has clarified that it did not transfer MiG-29 fighter jets to Ukraine because Kyiv failed to fulfill its part of the agreement. Polish fighter jets were raised during a Russian attack on Ukraine.
