Poland Introduces Free Legalization for Unregistered Wells Until 2027

Owners of unregistered wells in Poland will be able to legalize them without administrative fees or penalties until the end of 2027, following the Sejm's approval of an amendment to the Water Law.

Właściciele niezarejestrowanych studni będą mogli załatwić formalności bez ponoszenia opłaty legalizacyjnej i kar administracyjnych. Sejm uchwalił w piątek nowelizację Prawa wodnego, która wprowadza czasową abolicję. Jest jednak pewien warunek.
