Poland’s National Health Fund to Implement Centralized Queue Monitoring and SMS Reminders

Starting October 1, Poland’s NFZ will centrally monitor hospital procedure waitlists and automatically send patients SMS reminders for their scheduled appointments under a newly enacted regulation.

Od 1 października kolejki do zabiegów szpitalnych będą monitorowane centralnie przez NFZ. Dla pacjentów oznacza to, że będą otrzymywali sms-y przypominające o wyznaczonym terminie zabiegu. W życie weszło rozporządzenie w tej sprawie.
