Poland's Private Rented Sector Portfolio Shrinks in Q2
The Private Rented Sector (PRS) portfolio in Poland has shrunk again in the second quarter, with investor Heimstaden signing 500 rental agreements but seeing its original portfolio of over 2,000 units decrease.
