Cops hunt motorcycle riders who fatally shot dog in Isabela

RAMON, Isabela—Police are pursuing two motorcycle-riding men who allegedly shot a dog dead in Ramon on April 24, using closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage to trace the motorcycle’s plate number.
