Police Oversight Committee Refers Case of Officer's Use of Force to Prosecutor

Iceland's Police Oversight Committee has referred a case to the district prosecutor regarding the arrest in Akureyri, where a special forces officer allegedly placed a knee on a person's neck, as criminal conduct cannot be ruled out.
