Polish Competition Authority Fines Firm for Illegal Telemarketing Practices

Poland's Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) has fined the company Centrum Dotacji OZE and its manager for conducting telemarketing campaigns without obtaining required consumer consent.
