Polish Consumer Watchdog Fines Universities for Tuition Hikes, Students May Get Refunds

Poland's Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) has fined universities a total of nearly 3 million zlotys for illegally raising tuition fees during studies, giving students a chance to recover their money.
