Polish Consumer Watchdog Investigates Stores for Failing to Disclose Lowest Prices

Poland's Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) has initiated proceedings against Black Red White, Żabka Nano, and Peek & Cloppenburg for not informing consumers about the lowest price offered 30 days prior to a discount.
