Polish Farmer Arrested for Plowing 200 Meters of Newly Laid Asphalt

A farmer in Glivice, Poland, has been arrested after using his tractor to plow approximately 200 meters of freshly laid asphalt on Rybacka Street in the Ostropa district, causing an estimated 400,000 zlotys (about 93,000 euros) in damages.
