Polish Government Reintroduces Mandatory First Aid Kits for Cars

The Polish Ministry of Infrastructure has published a draft regulation reintroducing the obligation for passenger cars to be equipped with first aid kits, though it will only apply to vehicles registered in Poland for the first time after March 31, 2027.

Ministerstwo Infrastruktury opublikowało projekt przepisów, wprowadzający obowiązek wyposażania samochodów osobowych w apteczki pierwszej pomocy. Będzie on dotyczył jednak tylko pojazdów rejestrowanych w Polsce po raz pierwszy po 31 marca 2027 r.
