Polish IPN Condemns Sale of Virtuti Militari Order on Ukrainian Portal

Poland's Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) has condemned the 'scandalous auction' of a Virtuti Militari military order, awarded to Captain Juliusz Roman Heinzel who was murdered by the NKVD in 1940, on a Ukrainian online portal.
