Polish Parliament Considers Postponing Vote on Judicial Council Members

12 maja Komisja Sprawiedliwości i Praw Człowieka przedstawiła sprawozdanie w sprawie listy kandydatów do KRS. Zgodnie z ustawą głosowanie nad wyborem powinno odbyć się na następnym posiedzeniu od tego momentu. Niedochowanie procedur może być powodem kwestionowania legalności KRS przez prezydenta.
