Pope Leo XIV's special envoy visits site of Russian missile strike in Kyiv

Archbishop Paul Richard Gallagher, the Holy See's Secretary for Relations with States and International Organizations and special envoy of Pope Leo XIV, visited the site of a Russian missile strike in Kyiv that destroyed residential buildings and claimed civilian lives.
