Porto Municipal Library Undergoing Major Expansion, Reopening 2030
A significant municipal project, costing 33.7 million euros, has begun in Porto to expand and modernize the municipal library, designed by Souto de Moura. The library is expected to reopen in May 2030, with officials stating it "will change Porto."
