Porto's Ruby Line Expansion Loses PRR Funding Due to Construction Delays

The expansion of Porto's Ruby Line metro project will no longer be financed by the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) due to significant delays in its execution. The funds originally allocated for this project will now be redirected to other initiatives.
