Portugal Approves 70% of "Regressar" Program Applications, Prepares Successor

Portugal has approved 70% of the 25,186 applications submitted to its "Programa Regressar" (Return Program for emigrants) since 2019, and the government is now preparing a successor program called "Voltar."
