Portugal Offers Further Aid to Venezuela
The Venezuelan government has indicated that Portugal can send another aid plane, with Madeira and Azores also expressing willingness to provide resources. Coordination with Caracas is deemed essential for the deployment of aid, with initial KC-390 aircraft carrying 64 elements.
