Portugal's Recovery and Resilience Plan Criticized for Being 'Distorted'
António Costa Silva, the architect of Portugal's Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), has criticized the current AD government for 'distorting' the plan's original principles. The PRR, which concludes this month, has undergone three budgets and seven revisions in five years.
