Portuguese Authorities Investigate Alleged Kickback Scheme in Lúmen Case

Portuguese public prosecutors and judicial police are investigating an alleged kickback scheme, dubbed the 'Lúmen' case, involving suspected payments of around €100,000. The administrator of Castros is believed to have controlled competing companies in public tenders.
