Portuguese Communist Party Denounces Loures Urban Protocol to Public Prosecutor

The Portuguese Communist Party (CDU) has filed a complaint with the Public Prosecutor's Office, alleging that the municipality of Loures was defrauded of 1.1 million euros by ceding land without evaluation instead of receiving cash payments in an urban protocol.
