Portuguese Election Commission Rejects Lisbon Mayor's Order to Remove Party Billboards
Portugal's National Election Commission (CNE) has rejected an order from Lisbon Mayor Carlos Moedas to remove political billboards belonging to the Socialist Party. The CNE stated the city council violated fundamental rights and failed to justify the order.
