Portuguese Immigration Police Can Operate Undercover and Fine Employers

The Portuguese Public Security Police (PSP) has clarified that agents from its Foreigners and Border Control Unit do not need to be uniformed to approach immigrants in Portugal and can fine employers of undocumented immigrants.
