Portuguese Judicial Council Warns 90-Day Court Decisions Jeopardize Rights
The Superior Council of Administrative and Tax Courts in Portugal has warned that the target of issuing court decisions within 90 days is an 'abstract economic ideal' that could only be achieved by suppressing procedural guarantees and thus jeopardizes fundamental rights.
