Portuguese MNE Rangel Non-Committal on NATO GDP Contribution
Portugal's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Paulo Rangel, did not commit to a 0.25% GDP contribution for NATO during an informal NATO-Ukraine Council meeting in Helsingborg. This proposal by Mark Rutte faces opposition from France and the UK, as the meeting prepares for the Ankara summit.
