Portuguese Party Proposes Criminalizing Fake Drug Trafficking

The Portuguese Liberal Initiative (IL) party has submitted a bill to criminalize the sale of pressed bay leaves as narcotics, proposing a prison sentence of up to one year, as current law only allows for a contravention for unlicensed street vending.
