Portuguese PSD to Vote Against PAN's Procedural Requests

Hugo Soares announced that the PSD parliamentary group will consistently vote against requests from the PAN party for dismissal without a vote. PAN leader Inês Sousa Real affirmed her party's right to negotiate with all political forces.
