Portuguese Public Institutions Deemed Naive Against Cyber Attacks

Paulo Lopes Marcelo, Vice-President of the PSD, believes that Portuguese public institutions are quite naive when it comes to cyber attacks, also stating that a complete overhaul of the justice system is an illusion.
