Portuguese State Reform Requires CReSAP Reform or Abolition, Says Rosalino
Hélder Rosalino, who was involved in the creation of CReSAP in 2012, argues that the reform of the state in Portugal necessitates a reform or even the extinction of CReSAP. He states that the current model for recruiting state leaders has 'limitations that can no longer be ignored.'
