Power Outages Imposed in Crimea Following Alleged Ukrainian Strikes

Power outages have been implemented across the Russian-annexed Crimean Peninsula since Tuesday, with western and northern parts first affected, followed by central and eastern regions, attributed to alleged Ukrainian strikes on infrastructure.
