President Marcos Alarmed by P52.7 Billion DPWH Budget Cut and Inserted Projects
President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. expressed alarm after learning that Congress had slashed 85.5% from the Department of Public Works and Highways' (DPWH) proposed P52.7-billion budget for foreign-assisted projects, redirecting it to 8,075 inserted projects.
