Prosecutor Appeals Dismissal in Cardiologist's Case
An Icelandic district prosecutor has decided to appeal a Reykjanes District Court ruling that dismissed the case against cardiologist Skúli Tómas Gunnlaugsson to the Landsréttur (Court of Appeals). The case had previously been dismissed by the District Court.
