Prosecutor Reprimanded Over Bitcoin Case Interview

Prosecutor Petra Lastovecká received a reprimand from her superior, Radim Dragoun, after giving an interview about a bitcoin case and her removal from the investigative team; the dispute will be resolved by the Regional Public Prosecutor's Office in Brno.

Žalobkyně Petra Lastovecká dostala výtku od svého šéfa – vrchního státního zástupce Radima Dragouna. Pokárání přišlo po rozhovoru, který poskytla Radiožurnálu a serveru iROZHLAS.cz o bitcoinové kauze a o svém odvolání z vyšetřovacího týmu. Lastovecká se ale brání: podala proti Dragounově výtce námitky, jejich spor tak bude řešit kárný senát Vrchního soudu v Olomouci.
