PS Leader Carneiro States Luís Neves' Authority is 'Fragilized'

On the sidelines of a meeting with Montenegro, the leader of the Socialist Party (PS), Pedro Nuno Santos Carneiro, stated that the conditions of Luís Neves should be evaluated, but affirmed the party's opposition to a commission of inquiry.
