Researchers Discover Ötzi's Yeast, Bake Bread From It

Researchers have discovered surprisingly young yeast fungi in and on the glacier mummy known as Ötzi, which they successfully used to bake bread after three months of experimentation. These fungi are capable of surviving extreme icy conditions.
