Reservoir Collapses in Fukuyama, Hiroshima, Flooding Homes

An agricultural reservoir in a mountainous area of Fukuyama, Hiroshima Prefecture, collapsed in the early hours of the 27th, causing about 10 houses downstream to be flooded. No injuries have been reported, according to the city.
