Residents of Panevėžys Homeless Shelter Allege Harassment by Fellow Resident

Women living in a homeless shelter in Panevėžys, Lithuania, are appealing for help, claiming that one resident is continuously terrorizing and mocking them and staff, and was previously convicted for pushing another resident down stairs.
