夫婦でおカネを出し合って家を買ったり、きょうだいで親から持ち家を相続したり・・・複数の持ち主がそれぞれ「共有持分」を持ち合って土地や建物を共有することを「共有不動産」といいます。今、不動産価格の高騰を背景に、「共有持分」だけの売買が活発になっていて、中にはトラブルになるケースも出ています。全国の持ち家の5分の1にあたるおよそ845万戸が共有状態になっているという推計もある中、その現場を取材しました。
