Národní památkový ústav i příslušné odbory olomouckého magistrátu se začaly zabývat stavbou zpevněné cesty k soukromému pozemku pod bazilikou Navštívení Panny Marie na Svatém Kopečku u Olomouce. Podle NPÚ došlo k porušení ochranného pásma barokního poutního chrámu.
