Romania TV ordered to pay millions for defamation campaign
The Bucharest Tribunal has ordered Romania TV and some of its personalities to pay over 3 million lei for a series of defamatory broadcasts against Oana Gheorghiu, Carmen Uscatu, and the Dăruiește viața Association. The station had previously been fined by CNA in 2025 for the same issue.
