Romania Unveils First Domestically Produced Cobra II Armored Vehicle by Otokar

The first Cobra II 4x4 armored vehicle produced entirely at the Mediaș factory in Romania by Turkish company Otokar was presented at the Black Sea Defense & Aerospace 2026 exhibition. Otokar plans to produce nearly 800 such vehicles in Romania, marking a significant step in domestic defense manufacturing.
