Romania to Sink Barges Filled with Stones in the Danube to Save Nuclear Reactor
Romanian authorities have postponed an attempt to divert more water from the Danube to the Cernavoda nuclear power plant. Four barges filled with rocks are planned to create a dam, which will allow for continued cooling of the only operational reactor.
