Russia plans to build a unified electronic database of people who have committed sexual violence against minors, Anastasia Udaltsova, a deputy in the State Duma, the lower house of Russia’s parliament, told Ksenia Sobchak’s Telegram channel Krovavaya Barynya (“Bloody Lady”).
