Russia to place enterprises with security problems under temporary “external management”

Russian leader Vladimir Putin on Monday signed a decree allowing critical infrastructure facilities in Russia whose owners fail to take adequate measures to protect them, including against drone attacks, to be placed under temporary “external management.”
