Russian Court Issues In Absentia Arrest Warrant for German Journalist

A Moscow court has ordered the arrest of Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung reporter Michael Martens in absentia, charging him with inciting hatred after he questioned the circumstances of Russian soldier deaths.
