Russian sentenced to life imprisonment for war crimes in Ukraine has sentence reduced to 12 and a half years
The Finnish Court of Appeal announced today that Voislav Torden, sentenced to life imprisonment for war crimes in Ukraine, has had his sentence reduced to 12 and a half years.
