Russian Strikes Kill Two, Injure Ten in Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk Regions

Russian shelling in Ukraine's Kharkiv region resulted in one civilian death and eight injuries, while a separate attack in the Dnipropetrovsk region killed one woman and injured two others.
