Russia's "Digital Iron Curtain" Nears Completion
Russia is in the final phase of constructing its "digital iron curtain," with data filtering hardware now covering nearly 100% of all internet service providers. The infrastructure is projected to increase its capacity by 250% by 2030, and recent legal changes grant Roskomnadzor the authority to completely isolate the Russian internet.
