Russia’s Higher School of Economics to offer free tuition to members of the BARS combat reserve and drone troops who serve a year under contract

Moscow’s Higher School of Economics will cover tuition for anyone who completes a year of service in a BARS volunteer unit or in Russia’s drone forces, the country’s state news agency TASS reported, citing the university’s press service. The offer is open only to applicants who sign the one-year “special contract” through the university itself, which confirmed the terms to the Telegram news channel Ostorozhno Novosti.
