Rutte: NATO Allies Will Use All Means If War Breaks Out

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte stated that European member states have partially offset the reduction in US contributions to the alliance's force model and are continuing efforts to close remaining gaps, vowing that NATO allies, including the US, would use all means if war erupts.
